Senior HSE Reporting Advisor - 14TNPrimary Location WA-Perth - Inner-John Tonkin Water Centre - LeedervilleOrganization Safety & Wellbeing· Permanent Opportunity – $112,195 + 11% Super· Real flexibility · Based in Leederville About the role We have a permanent opportunity for a Senior Advisor – HSE Reporting to assist Water Corporation in achieving sustainable and safe outcomes by providing support to a centre of expertise in the HSE Assurance, Reporting and Project team. In this role you will have the opportunity to support the Water Corporation's operations and fulfilling safety and environmental reporting internal and external obligations, whilst analysing HSE performance and trends to drive continuous improvement. The role will also provide the opportunity to contribute to the implementation of the HSE risk corporate framework to support a reduction in HSE risk and exposure, and provide technical HSE advice for the continual improvement of the HSEAA Management System. This role will be based in our Leederville office and will report to the Team Leader – HSE Reporting and Analytics within Safety and Wellbeing Business Unit. What the Role will Involve· Undertake analysis of safety, environmental and risk data to provide insights and recommendations regarding opportunities to influence the Corporations' business outcomes at a strategic, tactical, and operational level.· Assist with the development and delivery of the HSE reporting program and data analysis to align with Corporate and Regulatory reporting.· Support the implementation of strategic improvements to enhance the HSE services offered to the business.· Contribute to the development and implementation of the HSE Corporate Risk framework to drive continuous improvement and reduction in risk across the organisation. Key skills and experience: Tertiary (Post Secondary) qualification in an Occupational Safety and / or Health, Environmental or business-related discipline, and substantial related experience in a large multi disciplined organisation · Experience and demonstrated achievements in utilising a HSE data management system to analyse, interpret data and present meaningful information and recommendations to support HSE strategies, plans, programs, systems, and cultural change initiatives. · Strong working experience of Microsoft suite including excel (Powerbi preferred)· Well-developed written and oral communication skills to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, · Capability to work independently, within teams and the ability to establish constructive working relations within the Water Corporation Real benefits that matter.
