About the role: Lendlease currently has an opportunity for a Technology focused Services Manager to join our team in Victoria to help guide and deliver our ongoing Health care pipeline, with an opportunity available on Frankston Hospital.
The position will focus on managing the technology services including IT, Security, ICN and other networks with the hospital. The role will work closely with the technical consultants for the design and making reports to the client. You will be responsible for managing the interface requirements between technology and building elements, including design, coordination, approval, and completion requirements of the technological disciplines in conjunction with the project team. You will work closely with the team managing the trades.
To be successful you will need: Over 6 years experience in the industry focused within the services spaceDegree qualified in a relevant field of studyPrevious experience on large scale healthcare projectsBackground in technology installation on large scale projectsAble to communicate with influence and enjoy engaging with multiple internal, external, and client stakeholder groupsEffective communication and leadership skills are essential as you will be managing multiple internal and external stakeholder groupsAccountability for driving client-driven outcomes and safety initiativesAbout Lendlease: With a national delivery capability, combined with a sector-focused approach, Lendlease Construction provides innovative and industry-leading project management, design, and construction services driven by detailed sector knowledge and experience.
