What You Will Be Doing Your key responsibilities will include: Server Infrastructure Support: Managing on-prem, virtualized, and private cloud server infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability.ICT Asset Management: Procuring, installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, operating systems, and associated assets.Backup & Recovery: Overseeing backup operations, ensuring that system data is accurately backed up and promptly recovered in the event of a failure.Technical Support: Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing second and third-level support to ensure systems are operational.System Monitoring & Maintenance: Performing daily system checks, verifying hardware integrity, monitoring logs, and applying system and security patches to reduce vulnerabilities.Documentation & Housekeeping: Maintaining internal technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies in the wiki.
