The People and Policy Branch are the front line of human resources (HR) for the department. We offer general and specialist HR advice and case management services for issues related to workplace relations, performance, probation, recruitment, attendance, behaviour, and workplace rehabilitation.
The Recruitment Services section represents a core function of the department and drives the successful filling of critical roles, with the best candidate, at the right time, for the right cost. You will work within the Operational Recruitment Team to manage the department's end-to-end recruitment activities, support the hiring area to apply attraction strategies and provide best practice advice on recruitment legislation and policy.
