Plus, you'll champion the HR-IT strategy and systems, driving adoption and maximising their effectiveness.Building strong relationships is key. You'll foster positive connections with management, unions, and employees, maintaining a balanced work environment. Ensuring compliance with relevant industrial agreements, awards, and statutory obligations is also part of the role.You'll have the opportunity to contribute to the development of Liebherr-Australia's business strategy and lead the execution of assigned HR projects. Finally, you'll prepare insightful reports and proposals to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.Your strengthsWe're looking for a strategic HR leader with recognised experience in a senior HR leadership role. A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is required as a minimum. You'll have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies across a national organisation.A strong understanding of current HR and industrial relations legislation is essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are a must, as is the ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels.
