Job Description What you will be doing: Overseeing the Hotel's training needs Assessing, developing and delivering training programs with a particular focus on Sofitel brand, service delivery and compliance Performing needs analysis to identify training needs related to all the levels of the organisation Fostering a learning environment and culture within the hotel Providing on-going support to the leadership team on training related matters, policies and procedures Preparing regular training reports Manage financial and administration processes for training activities Maintaining record systems Driving continuous improvement initiatives of hotel operations, systems and methodologies Responsible for the management, implementation and adherence of management systems effectively within the hotel in relation (but not limited to) risk management, compliance, work health & safety, sustainability Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Service focused personality is essential Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to prioritise work in an environment with multiple interests Confidence in training facilitation Return to Work Coordinator accreditation highly desirable Work, Health & Safety operating knowledge and experience Competency using a variety of computer software Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an asset. Hotel operations experience would be a distinct advantage Proven experience in a similar role essential Additional Information Your team and working environment: Be part of Sofitel Adelaide's growing team with the opportunity to build your skills and expertise to reach the best version of YOU.
