Fantastic salary package (we pay a solid base salary commensurate to your recruitment experience).
Commission that's calculated and paid monthly, and you start earning 50% comms for any billings over $40k (find us another company that pays 50% comms on $40k+ – we'll wait).
A very low monthly threshold for experienced Consultant (hit $20k, make commission on everything above that).
Zero micro-management, clock watching or arbitrary KPIs – seriously, that's verboten with us.

So, who might you be?
We're not rigidly looking for XYZ years of experience however we do want someone with demonstrable track record as a Senior or Principal Consultant who exceeds their target. We are looking for someone senior enough to stand on their own 2 feet (with support, of course) who has the ability to build a strong desk in a growth market.
While solid knowledge of the Aussie cyber security market would ensure we fit each other like a glove, it's not mandatory. So if you have a very real interest in cyber and want a masterclass in it, let's chat - and if you can point to a background in technical recruitment like Engineering, IT, Finance, etc. then we still want to hear from you.
