The Workforce Division unit comprises approximately 40 human resource practitioners who provide a high quality, client focused and value adding human resource service to management and staff throughout the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service.
About the role:
The Senior Learning and Organisational Development Advisor is a strong leader and facilitator, with a good knowledge of adult learning principles, responsible for ensuring that contemporary organisational development and training activities meet client needs and are provided via a range of delivery modes and strategies to enable our employees to fully participate.
About you: While not mandatory, a relevant qualification in Education, Adult Learning or Training would be well regarded.Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing key organisational development projects and events to improve sustainability, capability, performance, leadership, and culture across CQ Health.Demonstrated experience in leading a high performing work team and to meet competing deadlines, including personal and team responsibilities and commitments.What we offer: Salary information:
Total remuneration value of up to $148,323 p.a. is comprised of:
