About the role
We are seeking highly skilled IT Infrastructure Support Engineers to join our team in Brisbane. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for one of our global clients. This is a highly autonomous position that requires true professionals with great customer service skills, to represent CGI on this major program of work.
We offer a flexible work environment including hybrid work, with a minimum of 3 days/week office and client site attendance, and as operational requirements dictate.
What you'll be doing You will provide ongoing maintenance, support, upgrades, and enhancements within the OT environment.Perform OT architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.Participate in the planning of IT security upgrades and ensure implemented security controls work as intended.OT Security process control maintenance.Implement and maintain effective backup and disaster recovery strategies to protect our data.Assess and manage issues and problems, including Security Incidents.Incident Response rectification and remediation.Asset register maintenance and configuration of inventory tools.Logical network drawing advancement and remediation as required.Provide after-hours support on an exception basis.What we're looking for 7+ years' experience in corporate or enterprise IT, providing support over different environments (e.g. Test, UAT, Dev, Prod, DR).OT/IT knowledge and experience across Windows/Unix Systems.Familiarity with security measures to protect corporate and operational environments.Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) certification preferred.Knowledge of EndPoint security packages such as Trellix EndPoint Security/ePO.Advanced Vulnerability Remediation experience.Network experience including firewall configuration and maintenance.Advanced backup/restore experience – Disaster Recovery.Ability to interpret Process Control Domain IT Security standards and communicate requirements to others.Ability to work effectively within a team to ensure effective delivery of support services.Must hold full permanent work rights for Australia.Why work for CGI?
