Key Responsibilities:
Conduct strategy sessions with clients seeking to build wealth through property investment.
Analyze clients' profile, present investment opportunities based on clients' investment goals, risk tolerance, and financial situation.
Develop comprehensive investment proposals and presentations for clients, outlining investment recommendations and projected returns.
Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective investment strategies.
Work closely with our acquisitions and contracts team to ensure great outcomes for our clients.
Stay abreast of market trends, property values, and economic indicators to inform strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Property Investment or related role.
Strong knowledge base of property markets, investment principles, and financial analysis techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
Proven track record of delivering successful property investment outcomes for clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
RG146 and Current QLD Real estate license.
