Extensive experience in a customer service or sales environmentAn ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quicklyAn eagerness to understand and share with others what makes our bank differentUnderstanding of financials and business performanceExperience in consumer lending and the banking and finance industry - a plus but certainly not essential About the role

The Personal Banker - Relief role is Permanent Full time but enables you to work across a range of branches, allowing you to have genuine variety in your work week. You'll get variety, moving between front-of-house concierge, finding solutions and educating customers, as well as providing consumer lending and other financial solutions relevant to their lifestyle.

This position is located across our Strathpine and Mitchelton Branches, where flexibility is key and relief allowances will apply. The role is Permanent Full Time working 76 hours per fortnight.
