Your Opportunity The ICT Commercial team is seeking a skilled Senior ICT Contract & Supplier Performance Administrator (AS6) to manage the ICT contract lifecycle and vendor performance, ensuring the expected value is achieved from these partnerships.
Operating within the Digital Planning and Transformation division, the ICT Commercial team oversees ICT commercial, contract, and vendor management activities.
Their mission is to ensure services align with business and commercial goals, covering the full contract lifecycle, including expenditure reporting and tracking contracted service usage.
This process provides essential insights into the total cost of ownership for contracted services, especially for critical systems and managed service providers.
The team's primary goal is to maximize the value of Queensland Rail's IT contracts by securing the anticipated benefits from vendor partnerships and mitigating contract risks.
This is accomplished through meticulous vendor performance oversight and proactive contract lifecycle management.
What We're Looking For Relevant contract administration, contract management, procurement, or service management experience within an IT environment.
IT governance and relationship management experience with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Knowledge of QITC contract framework is desirable.
Ability to be highly engaged and take initiative to drive process improvements and take ownership of his/her work.
Self-motivated individual who can work autonomously to plan and deliver outcomes based on deadlines.
Remuneration & Employment Type This is a 6-month fixed-term , fulltime , based in Brisbane CBD with a starting base salary of $130,627 plus 12.75% superannuation and hybrid work options to support the balance between work and personal commitments.
