Reporting directly to the Manager People, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Group People Function.
Key Responsibilities: HR management across the Perseus group, including but not limited to:Training and development/ talent managementSuccession planningPolicies and proceduresRemuneration and benefitsDisciplinary and grievance issuesRecruitment/onboarding, attraction, retention.Provide guidance and support to line managers on all HR matters.HR daily activities and administration.Embedding an inclusive culture aligned with our organisational values.Leading Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.Contributing to the Group People strategy.Undertaking ad hoc HR duties and other tasks as directed.About You Our ideal candidate will be a proactive HR professional and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and HR generalist experience gained within the mining industry or similar.
To Succeed in This Role, You Will Have: Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.In-depth knowledge of HR functions and processes.Experience supporting Talent Management initiatives.Demonstrated success in process improvements within HR functions.Proficient use of HRIS systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.Strong coaching skills to support staff development and performance management.Well-developed organisational and time-management abilities.Detail-oriented approach, with a focus on process improvement and compliance.A high level of personal integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.Ability to prepare high quality written reports, policies, action plans, correspondence and other documentation as required.Site experience in a matrix organisation in an international setting would be a distinct advantage.Qualifications & Licences: Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desired).Postgraduate studies in HR or related discipline (desired).Where You'll Be Working This position is based in Perseus's Subiaco office, with a corporate team of approximately 50 employees, allowing for close interactions across all departments and levels of the business.
