In addition, they provide coaching and advice to hospital leaders, operate at a strategic and operational level, maintain effective working relationships with hospital leadership teams and other customer stakeholders in respect to all HR management activities, and coordinate the HR function to deliver effective people solutions ensuring HR services and activities meet service expectations and priorities.
This is a recruitment pool for permanent full-time, permanent part-time, fixed-term full-time, and fixed-term part-time appointments with possibilities of permanency and extension(s).
We have a current 1FTE vacancy available at Peel Health Campus and a Fixed-term vacancy at Rockingham General Hospital. In addition, suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur.
Appointments may be made from this pool until 31/08/2025.

It originally opened in 1988 as the 32-bed Mandurah District Hospital, and now operates with 206 licensed beds, bays, and treatment areas.
Transitioning the hospital to public hands paves the way for the hospital's redevelopment and service transformation to meet the needs of the Peel-Murray region.
