Senior ER Advisor role within a well-established and supported team based on the outskirts of the CBD.
This is a rare opening for a Senior Advisor or Lead seeking their next role to work within a friendly and supportive team of industry experts.
Description
Reporting to the HR Manager, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Liaising with Unions and building productive and effective working relationshipsWorking closely with the wider HR and Legal teams to ensure successful outcomesProvide IR & ER guidance to the local and regional stakeholder groupDevelop and maintain relationships with all key stakeholdersDrive a collaborative and harmonious working environmentDraft and finalise formal documentation to support legislation and policy mattersInterpret all relevant modern awards, legislations, and regulationsProfile
As an ideal applicant, you will have:
Tertiary qualified, ideally within Industrial Relations or LawConfident communicator at all levels of seniorityPrior IR / ER experience, ideally supporting a large workforceMeticulous attention to detailThorough knowledge and understanding of Australian legislation, awards, and regulationsOpportunity
