Providing an outstanding working environment and career growth opportunities for our team enables us to retain the best people to make that happen.About The RoleAs a Senior Consultant in IDAM, you will be responsible for managing and implementing identity governance and administration solutions for enterprise level clients. You will provide reliable support and technical knowledge to deliver state-of-the-art platforms for our clients.We are seeking high performing candidates who are customer-focused and can demonstrate exceptional technical and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be flexible, resilient, driven and committed to continuous learning. You will have a proven track record of delivering impactful outcomes in your work. We welcome candidates with relevant experience in leading IGA products across areas such as technical implementation and support.We are open to candidates from any Australian capital city.DutiesContinually build on your strong technical specialisation in leading IGA products to provide technical leadership to customers and colleagues.Managing, enhancing and implementing technology platforms to meet client requirements.Conduct platform health checks to identify remediation and enhancement opportunities.Troubleshoot and remediate technical issues.On-board applications to Sailpoint IIQ and other leading identity governance platforms.Provide reliable service to exceed expectations and strengthen relationship with clients.Skills & experienceA minimum of 5 years gained from working in professional services with strong exposure to leading IGA products and infrastructure.Hands-on implementation experience with leading IGA solutions: Sailpoint IIQ, Sailpoint IDN, OneIdentity, Saviynt.Customer focused, understanding customer requirements, overcoming challenges.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements and processes into related IGA solutions that deliver real business value for our customers.Proven track record of successfully delivering leading identity governance solutions for a variety of clients.Adept in navigating and converting unclear business requirements into sound technical solutions and capabilities.Familiarity with security concepts and technologies in the wider IDAM space (LDAP and RBAC, Authentication solutions, MFA etc.).Certification in leading identity governance products would be highly desired.
