BS in Engineering, Computer Science or Life Sciences Practical experience with enterprise systems, such as LabWare and SAP (8+ years) System interfaces and the data structure within these two systems. Experience with MES system is a plus. Experience in (bio)pharma, laboratory domain; warehousing or manufacturing domain a plus. Experience in implementing IT Systems working with both the business and technical experts. Ability to identify, challenge business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Scope of work Product Update Automation – Automate the update of Products based on either an update of a Method Product within LES or the update of an Inspection Plan/Task List in SAP
Liaise with SAP & LES GBOs and the LES Tech team to ensure clear requirements and deliverables. Identify the key activities required to automate product updates. Define the technical specification for the developments and any migration activities in alignment with the developer. Follow and test any data migration activities to ensure the final state is as expected. Support Business in identifying improved processes for Data Management Project Management to ensure a phased and on time delivery and ensuring that the solution adds benefits whilst being "fit for the future". Incoming Material Project – Implement the LES System in a simplified manner to support the testing of Incoming Materials
Finalise Evaluation of the solution and understanding the feedback from the business. Translating the agreed Architecture into System User Requirements and Functional Requirements. Supporting the evaluation and solutions for the SAP GAPS following the implementation of a simplified Interface for Lot Transfer. Supporting System Testing as required by the business/technical team. Working with the global/site implementation teams to ensure successful roll outs. SAP4/Hana – Finalise the architectural proposal and implementation plans for the move to SAP4/Hana
Finalise Evaluation of the solution and understanding the feedback from the business. Confirm the optimum implementation plan for the final solution. Supporting System Testing as required by the business/technical team. Working with the global/site implementation teams to ensure successful move to the new architecture. Flexible Sample Project – Resolve issues related to flexible sample management
Identify business and technical solutions to improve the management of flexible samples in BE. Define the technical specification for the developments in alignment with the business GLIMS Retirement – Retirement of GLIMS system allowing required Data Accessibility
Support the business in identifying the critical requirements for the Data Accessibility Transfer these requirements into User Requirements and Functional Requirements. Support the activities associated with the retirement and testing of the Data Access. SAP/LES Interface Management – Ensure that Business/L3 have the right knowledge and tools to manage the SAP to LES interface
Evaluate interface issues and share knowledge and investigations to ensure the business can complete their own investigations. Liaise with L3 to ensure their increased understanding of the interface and monitoring tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
