We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Property Analyst to join our Property Investment Mortgage Advice and Buyers Advocacy firm. The Property Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, analysing property data, and providing valuable insights to support property investment decisions.
This includes developing, maintaining, and utilising financial cash flow models. The ideal candidate will take the lead in project development, demonstrate strong initiative, work autonomously, and possess a growth mindset.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the real estate market.
Analyse economic, demographic, and property-specific data to forecast market conditions and property values.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.
Property Evaluation:
Perform detailed financial analysis of potential investment properties, including cash flow projections, return on investment (ROI), and net present value (NPV) calculations.
Assess property conditions, locations, and potential for appreciation to determine their investment viability.
Collaborate with the acquisition team to identify and evaluate potential properties for purchase.
Conduct thorough due diligence on potential property acquisitions, including reviewing legal documents, financial statements, and property inspections.
Coordinate with legal, financial, and technical teams to ensure all aspects of the due diligence process are completed accurately and timely.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with property investments.
Provide expert advice to our property strategy & Buyers Advocacy teams on property investments, market conditions, and portfolio management.
Prepare property investment and portfolio planning client presentations and recommendations for team to present to clients
Assist the property strategy & buyers advocacy teams with property acquisition, financing models, and investment strategies.
Data Management:
Maintain and update property databases and market research files.
Utilise advanced software tools and analytical methods to enhance data analysis and reporting.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all property-related data.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with internal teams, including acquisition, finance, and legal, to support property transactions and investment decisions.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide clear and concise information.
Participate in team meetings, strategy sessions, and client presentations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, RICS) is a plus.
Proven experience in real estate analysis, property valuation, or a related field.
Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, investment principles, and financial modelling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated leadership in project development, with a proactive and autonomous work style.
