Senior Associate - Leading National Law Firm (6-10 Years PQE)Our Client is a Leading Corporate/ Commercial, Law Firm with offices Australia-wide.
Due to extensive growth they are expanding the business into Adelaide and seeking a talented Senior Lawyer with a corporate commercial background, for a pivotal role in the newly established team.
You will report directly to the Managing Partner and join a high performance national team working alongside top tier lawyers in a collaborative and flexible working environment.
Core Responsibilities: Manage real estate and commercial property transactions including, sale, purchase, disposal, leasing, due diligence and acquisitionInstructing matters from establishment to scaling to exit strategyDay-to-day commercial matters including service agreements, commercial contracts, governance, terms and conditions and policesIntellectual property and data and privacy mattersManage marketing and business developmentThe Successful Candidate Relevant law degree with strong academicsHold an unsupervised practising certificate as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia or the High Court of AustraliaInfluential and values-led legal professional with 6-10 years' post qualification experienceBackground in commercial real estate and corporate advisory from a leading law firm - property experience gained from within the healthcare sector will be highly regardedStrong technical skills and commercial drafting are essentialA proactive and energetic approach with a commitment to developing strong client relationshipsA desire to support the ongoing expansion of the business through marketing and business developmentJLegal Australia is a Specialist Legal Recruitment & Executive Search Firm.
