The Junior Legal Counsel will report to the Head of Legal KSA.
Objective :
Legal support to activities within KSA;
Legal support to the Head of Legal KSA in contract drafting, company secretariat and corporate work, monitor and interpretation of the local regulation relevant to the Engie businesses in the Kingdom;
Ensure compliance with the Engie Ethics Code of Conduct and policies
Job responsibility :
Provide legal support in corporate related matters and secretariat work.
Analysis and monitoring of the KSA regulations in the energy sector with focus on permitting and licensing;
Assist in the drafting and negotiation of MoU, NdA, partnership agreements, service contracts.
Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and procedures in KSA and ensure ENGIE interests are safeguarded;
Contribute to the implementation and use of the document management system and contracts digitalization;
Encourage a culture of compliance with laws, ethics and integrity in the Group;
Control the use, quality and cost of external legal counsels.

• Law Degree from a reputable university.
Experience :
2+ years of legal experienceLarge law firm experience preferred, large corporate practice also valuedExperience of corporate work and contractual review and drafting.Language :
