The Opportunity:
An excellent opportunity is available for an astute lawyer who is ready to step up to, or has recently been promoted to a Senior Associate role.
This role has been created to strengthen the national Corporate Advisory and M&A practice.
While ideal candidates will already be based in Brisbane, the firm is also welcoming applicants seeking to relocate to the Sunshine State!

About the Team and Work:
The firm's national practice is a model of flexibility and collaboration, led by exceptional partners renowned for their support and mentorship.
The team provides comprehensive legal advice across a diverse clientele range, from blue-chip companies and SMEs to startups, both locally and internationally.
Involvement will span various projects including capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions (mostly private M&A work with occasional listed company work), major commercial transactions, joint ventures, and resources projects, serving a broad array of companies.

About You:
You are a mid-top tier level experienced Corporate M&A lawyer.
You are able to confidently articulate your knowledge of the Corporations Act as well as your experience leading on deals with a value to or exceeding $10M.
A commitment to mentorship and a desire to guide junior team members are essential.
Confidence, capability, and superior interpersonal skills are required.
