The Opportunity We are currently seeking applications from Senior Accountants to join our clients Business Services team.

Working in our clients Business Services team you will support a diverse range of clients from start-ups to very large businesses across a range of industries.
You will focus on delivering high quality, value adding work whilst developing your career in a high performing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our Partners in providing accounting service such as client advisory and tax compliance to individuals and businesses in accordance with professional standards and requirements.
This may include the preparation of income tax returns, financial statements, business activity statements (BAS) and instalment activity statements (IAS).

You will have a willingness to listen and learn while having exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
In addition, the successful candidate will have the following: 3+ years' experience in compliance matters including preparation of financial statements & income tax returns, BAS, IAS, FBT.
A Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce or equivalent.
Eligibility for, or currently completing/completed a CA or CPA qualification.
Excellent technical knowledge and refined taxation accounting skills, with a solution focused accounting mindset.
Public practice tax accounting experience working with medium to large clients is preferred.
Excellent and up to date knowledge of Australian taxation laws and regulations.
Strong work ethic and dedicated to grow professionally in your tax accounting career.
A reputation and willingness to become a trusted advisor to your clients.
Ability to learn accounting specific software and willingness to embrace new technology.
Self-starter with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
The right to work in Australia including Working Holiday Visa's should you hold a recognized Accounting qualification with experience working in a professional accounting firm.
