This growth has created new roles within our Kalgoorlie, WA team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.
These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in a response role with a reputable organisation on a permanent fulltime basis in the mining sector in Kalgoorlie, WA.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Conducting internal and external patrols of the siteActing as a point of contact for visitor enquiriesMonitoring site activity, identifying irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorised persons or unusual occurrencesProviding timely resolution to identified issues, ensuring compliance with site requirementsCompleting daily activity and incident reports, ensuring all reporting obligations and timeframes are metWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Certificate II in Security OperationsCurrent and valid WA Security and Crowd Controller licenceCurrent and valid WA Manual Driver's licenceMust hold current valid First Aid and CPRPrevious security experience in a mining/resources environment will be highly regardedGate house experienceConfident interpersonal and communication skillsThe ability to think quickly and provide timely and accurate solutionsA commitment to providing outstanding customer serviceThe ability to positively contribute to a team environmentWilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
