Purpose of the Position Scaffold Co-Ordinator is responsible for growing and driving the scaffolding department, including strengthening client relations, manning of works and overseeing safety, compliance and quality control and delivery of equipment to site.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate scaffolding operations, ensuring compliance with manufacturer design specifications, engineers design (if applicable), regulations and standardsGrow the scaffold department by strengthen client relationships and pursuing scaffold opportunities.Implement safe systems of work per GHS and statutory requirementsCoordinating and lead teams of scaffolders and other team membersScheduling ongoing and future work providing great customer serviceManaging performance - Applies clear/consistent performance standards, handles performance problems decisively and objectively.
