Multi-year program of work for an experienced SAP HR + Payroll Specialist Your new companyHays Technology has partnered with an Employer of Choice based in the Brisbane CBD to appoint an SAP HR Payroll Functional Analyst to an initial 12-month contract. This role offers 2-3 days' work from home per week and the opportunity for extension on a multi-year program of work.Your new roleThe ERP Payroll Functional Analyst will manage and deliver end-to-end ERP functional change via projects and incremental small change processes.It will also provide the S/4 Hana & SuccessFactors Project with solution assurance, SAP process knowledge and overall guidance to System Integrator Vendor.What you'll need to succeedExperience working in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments in SAP functional consulting and or SAP solution support.Demonstrated hands-on experience in SAP HCM submodules Payroll, Time management, personnel administration, organisational management and having detailed knowledge of employee life cycle, issue resolution, testing as well as payroll processes.Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and management skills - understanding how others think and act - ability to smoothly deliver outcomes through strong business, team, supplier partnerships and self-management of work load and deadlines.Experience working with Employee Central Payroll or S/4 Payroll solutions.Demonstrated experience in working with SAP Activate Methodology.What you'll get in returnIn return, you'll be offered a market hourly rate based on your skills and expertise as well as the likelihood for this role to extend past the initial 12 Months!
