Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland government department to recruit a SAP Functional Expert contract to 31/12/2025 based at Bowen Hills and working from home.
In this role you will: Work within a program environment to deliver the assigned deliverables within a predetermined timeframe, ensuring the successful completion of specified objectives.Provide current best practices with regards to supply chain processes and IT solutions.Engage effectively with a broad range of technical and business stakeholders to identify and define the business requirements, understand process pain points and future requirements, and enhance existing processes and solutions.Design, build, test, implement, and support client-specific solutions to meet business requirements, including maintaining assurance that end-state design and processes are relevant, integrated, and fit-for-purpose.Prepare project documentation (discussion papers, data standards, process diagrams, detailed process documentation, functional specifications, test scripts, etc.).Support the change management process to ensure maximum utilisation of the solutions developed.Fulfill the responsibilities of this role in accordance with the Queensland Public Service values, to which it is aligned.Adhere to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.Actively manage a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, and ethical behaviour.You will have: SAP certified consultant (desirable), with SAP configuration experience in S/4HANA in the areas of Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) / Materials Management (MM).Business process design / redesign and implementation in the areas of warehouse management, would be well regarded.Excellent collaboration, influencing, negotiation and conflict resolution abilities working with multiple stakeholders.Prior experience and understanding of the health sector and pharmaceutical industry would be desirable.Prior experience and understanding of integrating S/4HANA EWM with warehouse automation solution(s) (desirable but not mandatory).Prior experience and understanding of sending purchase orders electronically and Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs).Queensland based candidates only.
