What we are looking for: We're looking for an experienced administrator to join our Safety and Wellbeing team as a Support Officer. You'll be responsible for supporting the team in the form of maintaining systems and attending to ad hoc enquiries. You'll also assist the Injury, Rehab and Wellbeing Coordinator with wellbeing initiatives.
What your day will look like: Updating and maintaining databases, registers and systems ensuring compliance Producing relevant reports through a number of systems Monitoring and reviewing processes and policies Processing Safety and Wellbeing documentation Coordinating meetings, agendas and interoffice communication Providing a high level of customer service both internally and externally What you'll need for success: You will have experience in a similar administrative and support focused role and will be confident and capable of working across multiple tasks at any time. You'll have strong communication skills with the ability to relate well to people at all levels both within Council and externally.
