This growth is creating new challenges and opportunities within the organisation.We are seeking an experienced Safety, Health & Wellbeing Business Partner to join our Human Resources Directorate, based in East Perth. In this role, your experience and technical expertise will equip you to provide WHS support throughout the business including senior leadership. Some of your responsibilities will include investigating safety, health and wellbeing (SHW) matters, implementing SHW strategies and providing support and recommendations of practical solutions in line with Main Roads' Strategy and associated legislation.Key Deliverables:Consult, liaise and collaborate with a range of stakeholders across the business to identify SHW issues and implement solutions and innovations to improve SHW in the workplace.Assist Directorates in the development, implementation, maintenance and review of their Safety Management Plans in line with our Safety Management System.Keep abreast and identify trends, risks and insights, contributing to a high performing SWH culture at Main Roads.Perform investigations, internal audits and participate in strategic developments.Develop and facilitate risk and training workshops.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have proven exceptional influencing skills and a strong stakeholder engagement background, with a positive and persuasive approach to influence and guide key stakeholders in the planning, development and implementation of SHW processes and initiatives. Your strong background in safety health and wellbeing will enable you to provide timely technical support and advice to the staff at all levels of the business.You will also have experience in developing and delivering reports in a fast-paced environment, building and enhancing working relationships and establishing credibility and trust within the team and across Main Roads.This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career by joining an innovative team.
