Consultants (Information & Communication Technology) Full time The Implementation Specialist at Felix will play a critical role in leading clients through their onboarding phase of the customer journey. The role will be critical in aligning the Felix platform with the unique objectives of each client, and ensuring a seamless go-live experience, all while focusing on best practice and maximising value through platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities Oversee End to End Onboarding: Manage all phases of the onboarding process, from requirements gathering and solution configuration to deployment and handover, ensuring that all Felix configuration elements are properly set up.Product Expertise and Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor, engaging customers in discussions around their business needs and demonstrating how Felix's SaaS platform features align with their objectives.Technical and Business Guidance: Provide technical knowledge and best practice insights to support a smooth solution implementation aligned with specific customer goals.Project Status Reporting: Communicate progress, milestones, and potential challenges to the Head of Professional Services and other stakeholders, maintaining transparency and efficiency.Training and Knowledge Transfer: Conduct platform demonstrations and tailor training sessions to empower users, promoting platform proficiency and adoption.Feedback Loop to Product: Capture and relay customer insights to our Product Team, helping shape product improvements based on real-world use cases.Requirements Organisational and Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven skills in coordinating complex implementations with attention to detail and proactive issue resolution.Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled at capturing and prioritising client requirements, ensuring that their needs are effectively addressed within the Felix platform.Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to a range of audiences.Collaborative Influence: A natural team player who can motivate, build rapport, and foster goodwill with clients and colleagues alike.SaaS Experience: Prior experience within SaaS in onboarding, implementation or customer success related roles.Technical Proficiency: The ability to think creatively, troubleshoot and support custom configurations.Project Management Knowledge: The ability to keep projects on track and stakeholders aligned.Bonus non-essentials: Experience with SQL and/or Project management certification.Other Information: Location: Brisbane-based with flexible work-from-home options.
