S4/HANA Client Support and Training OfficerExciting permanent opportunity to join the Finance Solutions team.
The role
This position is responsible for providing advice, support, and training for Queensland Health's corporate finance, business, and logistics solution (S/4HANA) and associated Financial Services systems. This position focuses on finance, procurement, asset management, and maintenance training that meets the changing needs of the organisation and enables users to effectively and efficiently perform business functions.
Specific technical tasks include end user support including system functionality issues, interpretation of data, system and user governance and compliance, reporting queries, access and user account maintenance; enhancement requests; preparation, organisation, and facilitation of training sessions; creating and maintaining learning materials; maintenance of training databases; user acceptance testing; provide input to stakeholder communications.
