Rv Sales Executive

Engage with customers to make sales of new and used caravans by means of face to face, internet, email, telephone. Perform the sales role within the demonstrated and prescribed sales process of Destiny RV SA. Engage with the sales manager or director in accordance with the prescribed sales process of Destiny RV SA. Follow up all leads and prospects in a timely manner and in accordance with the sales process of Destiny RV SA and Cameron Dealerships.Contribute to team tasks such as maintaining a clean and tidy workplace, preparing caravans for display, uploading caravans to online internet sites, assisting with customers when required, attending team meetings and training. Attend trade shows as required with some inter/intrastate travel.Report all sales activities to the sales manager by means of daily meetings, discussions during customer's engagement, relevant written reports, inputting of data to customer management systems. Complete all administration tasks in a timely manner in accordance with the company procedures such as entering contracts into the customer management system, booking of deliveries, making customer appointments, taking and distributing messages, documenting leads and prospects as required in CRM, emailing relevant parties during your daily functions, attend to customer issues and matters as required in a professional and customer cantered manner always. Report any customer issues to management in accordance with the customer complaints procedure. Meet and greet all customers of Destiny RV SA to ensure that all customers are receiving excellent service at the dealership.
