Due to significant growth across the business, we are currently seeking a motivated, experienced and talented Rope Access Coordinator to join the business at our Malaga office. This role will be supporting the Rope Access division with infrequent travel to site when required.
To be considered for this role you will be a team player, highly motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include: Be the focal point for all clients for all rope access service requirements.Prepare job/project estimates in consultation with managers and our clients.Manage and schedule works and labor requirements for project works with the assistance of site personnel and head office support staff.Liaise with clients and site personnel to ensure all operational and safety requirements are met on each project.Liaise with Eire Total Access HSE management to implement, report and improve health and safety initiatives.Work in conjunction with Rope Access Technical Authority to ensure all systems and works are compliant with the IRATA standards and certification obligations.Attend client meetings as and when required.Manage all administration aspects of this role.Conduct business development activities with existing and new clients.You will also be required to have the following qualifications and experience:
Previous experience in a similar role.Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is desirable.Hold IRATA Rope Access and/or Trade qualifications.Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.Extensive experience in the construction, building, mining, oil and gas sectors.If you would like to join the Eire Total Access team, then click on APPLY NOW to send through your resume displaying at least two contactable employer references and a cover letter.
