This is your opportunity to join our passionate team as a Risk and Compliance Officer and play a vital role in controlling quality and risk of our service delivery.

Support the development of risk and compliance procedures, plans, tools and training materials to maintain effective and consistent application of compliance activities.Assist the Risk and Compliance Advisor to maintain and update compliance information systems.Monitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.Assist with the development and delivery of compliance training programs.Prepare reports on compliance activities and findings.Maintain accurate records of compliance activities.We're looking for someone who: Has experience delivering risk and compliance activities within a community services environment.Can demonstrate ability to read and interpret legislation and industry standards and provide advice to inform organisational compliance with obligations, such as the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework and the NDIS Act.Understands risk and compliance within the disability and aged care sectors, including the mandatory reporting of incidents and other sensitive data to external regulatory bodies.Can extract data from systems, undertake trend analysis and develop reports based on analysis.Has highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to liaise with staff and other stakeholders both internally and externally.Has highly developed administrative, organisational and time management skills, including an ability to work to changing priorities and deadlines.You would also: Hold relevant community service qualifications or relevant working experience.Be able to travel as needed for compliance activities and staff training.Possess a current driver's license with regular access to a vehicle.Have an NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing to apply.Have a QLD Working with Children's Check or be willing to apply.Why would I choose CPL?
