The Role We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant and highly successful team. Working within a team of experienced professionals, this role will see you build and operate a successful recruitment group. Skills and experience To thrive in this position, the following attributes are highly valued: Self-motivated and outcome-oriented individual with ideally a minimum of three years' experience in recruitment or equivalent, managing significant customer portfolios and/or teams is desirable. Have a strong desire and eagerness to be successful and achieve results through hard work and dedication, coupled with a desire to build long term relationships and gain opportunities. Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Ability to establish strong working relationships with clients and candidates.
