The role

We are seeking a highly driven and results oriented research professional to play a pivotal role supporting the Group's strategic initiatives by conducting and leveraging in-depth research and cutting-edge analysis to identify opportunities and drive growth.
In this new position you will be producing high-quality articles and research reports on a diverse range of property sectors and presenting findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders to inform decision-making and support business strategy.

What you will be doing
Conducting in-depth research on property markets, industry trends, and global economic factors affecting the real estate sector; and map those findings to potential business opportunities.
Engaging with the GPT ecosystem to develop unique insights through direct inquiry and data analytics.
Writing and publishing accurate, high-quality research reports, articles, presentations and market updates, which highlight key insights and actionable recommendations.
Engaging with individual business units to understand research needs and align research activities with business objectives including identifying and evaluating new business opportunities.
Presenting research findings to senior and executive management, institutional clients, and other stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Participating in client meetings and industry conferences to share insights and represent the company.

With a deep understanding of the real estate sector, related industry dynamics, and investor landscape; you will need to demonstrate strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively and a proven track record creating and publishing high-quality research.
An excellent written and verbal communicator, the successful candidate will be a strategic and creative thinker who is able to consult with business leaders to generate innovative, business development ideas and solutions; based on research findings.
