About the role:
As the Research & Innovation Co-Ordinator you'll play a critical role in supporting key initiatives such as innovation operations and research panel management, within the Customer Success team.
This is a unique opportunity to step into the Media, Marketing, Research or Data Industry, learning the ropes across the wider marketing team here at JCDecaux.
A Day in the Life:
Whilst there's no typical day in the dynamic world of media, you can expect your role to involve the following:
Script and deploy consumer research within our research panel using the Sparq platformMonitor and help optimise panel engagement as well as support best in class survey writingSupport other research projects including setting up meetings, aligning costs and timings as well as supporting project management needs to help them succeedWork on the set up and deployment of mobile retargeting and other similar campaignsMonitor these campaigns and support trouble shooting if neededWork on the support needed for our Data Management PlatformCreate post campaign reporting on the outcomes of these campaignsHelp with data innovation initiatives and project managementAbout You:
This job would suit a proactive and savvy graduate, or someone with less than 1 year of professional experience, who is detail oriented and excited to embark on a career in media.
Experience with research especially quantitative – can be at a university levelExposure to the Media IndustryExceptional attention to detailExcellent written and oral communication skillsData/numeric literacy - confident working with numbersFamiliarity and confidence with Microsoft office products, particularly PowerPointWhy join JCDecaux:
