ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines, and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback. The position:
Prepare, cook, and serve meals across breakfast, lunch, and dinner for residents and guests. Maintain food safety standards in line with company policies. Provide exceptional service when interacting with our staff, residents, and guests. Collaborate with the Head Chef to create "specials" outside the regular menu cycle. Manage the expectations of both clients and diners.
The person:
Passion for providing exceptional customer service. Australian Trade Certification or a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery. Ability to maintain professional standards in a high-pressure kitchen. Experience in a fast-paced environment, with an eagerness to learn. Ability to work in a team environment.
