They recognise that technology is a critical industry component and are committed to investing in the latest innovations to stay ahead of the curve.We are recruiting an Internal Recruitment Specialist to join the team in Perth. This is an opportunity to truly take ownership and drive the future recruitment operations forward.Duties:Provision of end-to-end recruitment activities for Blue Collar roles, attracting potential candidates through a variety of platforms and channels, consulting with hiring managers, drafting job advertisements, shortlisting, organising interviews, completing compliance checks.Manage job postings, candidate screenings, and onboarding processes.Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract talent for regional and remote positions.Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and community stakeholders.Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment metrics, and manage the CRM.Manage employment offers and onboarding process.Organise and attend job fairs.Please note - regular travel to Geraldton will be required (estimated 3 days every 3 - 4 weeks)This role would suit someone who possesses the following skills/qualities:Previous Blue Collar recruitment experience.Strong IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and other database applications).Ability to prioritize and manage workflow efficiently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.Task orientated.Proactive.Thrives under pressure.Decisive.The ability to pivot and adjust priorities quickly in response to evolving business needs.In return, the successful person will get:Above average annual salary.6 monthly bonuses (subject to performance and alignment with company values).38 hours per week (flexible start/finish times).On site Gym and Pool access.Access to Employee Assistance and Health & Wellbeing programs.ElevateOne Recruitment respects and seeks to understand different backgrounds, recognising the power of diversity.
