Do you have a knack for streamlining processes and supporting business growth? Do you have a driver's licence and full Australian working rights? If so, NMC is looking for a skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team on a part-time basis (approx. 24 hours per week)!Position PurposeAs a Recruitment Officer at NMC, you'll play a vital role in driving our growth by streamlining recruitment processes, reducing costs, and ensuring we attract top talent to maintain our commitment to quality service.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in crafting job ads and posting on various platforms.Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, and more.Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and collaborate with managers to select candidates.Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed at every step.Maintain candidate databases and tracking systems.Promote NMC as an employer of choice and work toward diversity targets.Attend job fairs and recruiting events as needed.What We're Looking ForProven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency).Excellent communication and organisational skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).A team player with high attention to detail and adaptability.Willingness to travel occasionally to remote camp sites and offices across Australia.Why Join NMC?At NMC, we're committed to fostering a collaborative environment where your contributions directly support our growth and success.
