This opportunity is for a full-time Recruitment Consultant position based in Melbourne, VIC 3000 with a competitive remuneration package of $80,000 + super, focusing on managing and optimizing the recruitment process within the organization.
Position Responsibilities and Tasks: Manage end-to-end recruitment process; Researching and understanding your sector and market; Making targeted calls to relevant candidates; Taking job briefs from clients; Business development via client and candidate generation; Working in Jobadder (CRM), make sure all information is accurate and reported; Being involved in finding, attracting and qualifying candidates using our candidate database plus LinkedIn, SEEK and other social media tools; Write and place job ads on multiple job sites; Formatting CV's with our template; Phone screening candidates and/or Interviewing candidates face-to-face; Performing in-depth Reference Checks; Liaising with candidates and clients during the placement process; Managing and updating of internal database; Developing and managing your own client portfolio and source the most suitable candidates Attract and reach out to talent via Linkedin & networking groups; Set up interviews for the relevant managers; Completing weekly report discussing your output for the week Qualifications and Skills Relevant Qualification At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field Strong communication and negotiation skills Efficient in managing multiple tasks and working independently Salary : The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $80,000 to $85,000 plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
