Seeking a Recruitment and HR Administrator to join their HR / Recruitment team, you will be welcomed into a dynamic and supportive environment and given the opportunity to further develop your expertise and skill base.
Duties will include: Support the full Recruitment 'Attraction-to-Selection' life cycle.
Monitor and triage the Recruitment Inbox and identify potential and suitable talent.
Shortlisting candidates according to position/role requirements.
Pre-screening candidates to identify suitability for current and future vacancies.
Organising preliminary and formal interviews on behalf of the hiring manager.
Supporting the Recruitment Manager as required.
Supporting the full Human Resources 'Hire-to-Retire' life cycle as required.
Maintain employee personnel e-files, HR registers, database/s and systems.
Assist the team with development and updates of documents, forms, and administrative templates.
Prepare onboarding documents and information for new starters.
Everyday administrative and ad-hoc functions as guided.
Supporting the Human Resources Advisor & Global HR Manager as required.
This is a fast-paced role that requires the ability to confidently converse with a range of hiring managers, department leaders and a broad section of candidates for employment opportunities within blue and white collar roles.
A success orientated and can do mind set is an essential quality we are seeking coupled with being self motivated and deadline focused.
Previous experience in recruitment and HR administrative duties is essential for this opportunity.
This is a contract role for 3 months with a view to permanency.
