You will be tasked with managing the end-to-end recruitment across the business.Other key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:End-to-end recruitment including drafting job advertisements, job posting, shortlisting, conducting due diligence and offer managementEngaging with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and to develop solid working relationshipsLiaising with the broader HR team with regards to on-boarding, policy & procedures and remunerationManaging and championing the internal recruitment systems and processesCreating and maintaining talent pipelinesStrong focus on diversity in recruitmentABOUT YOUYou will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:Substantial proven previous experience managing a large recruitment portfolio, ideally blue-collar recruitmentExperience within an internal recruitment team will be highly regardedAn established track record of successful recruitment within the civil construction industry, highly regardedThe ability to build and maintain genuine working relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersExceptional communication skills and attention to detailA strong customer service focus with a sincere effort with candidate care and professionalismPrevious experience using PageUp recruitment platform will be highly regardedOUR CULTUREAt Ertech, our people are fundamental to our success.
