HR Partners by Randstad has an opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor to join our Brisbane CBD client site for a 6 month fixed term contract. Offering 2 days WFH, flexibility with hours and a chance to own your role while helping to support the wider team. In this role you will assist with end to end recruitment functions for volume and project recruitment. Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment, assessment and selection processProvide hands on guidance and support to hiring managers in reviewing resumes, shortlisting and pre-screening of candidatesConduct phone screening and pre-interview assessmentsCoordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managersSupport hiring managers in the development of effective Interview GuidesParticipate in interviewing process as part of the panel as requiredConduct reference checks as required, and support hiring managers through this processUpload documents into Kronos as required and ensure all documentation is provided before commencementClose off job requisitions in Kronos and ensure all unsuccessful candidates have been contactedSupport hiring managers with Letters of Offer and onboarding processes within the Kronos systemProvide advice on where resources can be found (Wellspring etc) to support a smooth onboarding processCoordinate with the People and Culture Officer with requests to appoint and arranging login detailsAbout you:
Experience in volume recruitment and/or service set up projects, which meet the commencement date of these new services, highly regardedProven capacity to apply best-practice recruitment and selection processes and effectively support hiring managersWell-developed problem-solving skills with the ability to be solution focused and hands onExcellent communication skills with the ability to interact and engage with internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to coordinate, prioritise, and deliver on multiple tasks and achieve deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.An engaging style and ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve outcomesProficient in HR systems (preferably Kronos)Experience in the use of recruitment platforms including Seek, and Linked In RecruiterKnowledge of online Reference Check platforms and best practice of suchProven capacity to develop and implement process improvements and initiativesThe successful applicant must complete a National Police History Check Applicants to hold a current Australian Drivers Licence At HR Partners by Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
