About the role: As a Recruitment Consultant with Collar, you will manage your own 360 recruitment desk from end to end, including screening, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, business development, client meetings and post-placement care.
You will cultivate and sustain strong client relationships and proactively identify and engage top-tier talent, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth recruitment experience for candidates and clients.
About You: Proven experience as a 360 (agency) recruiter Proven track record of not only reaching but exceeding targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment What sets us apart?
