Your opportunity: The Project Manager (Workforce Planning) role will provide strategic leadership and development, expert workforce planning advice and delivery of change management strategies relating to and necessary for the successful implementation of the new Bundaberg Hospital project and other major capital infrastructure projects across the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service (WBHHS). This role is responsible for the delivery of strategic workforce plans (medium to long terms) as well as in depth workforce analysis. Temporary Full Time (76 hours p.f.) from date of appointment for 3 years with the possibility of extension. Prior to being made an offer of employment, you will be required to demonstrate immunity to the following Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD): Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chicken pox) and Pertussis (whooping cough). From 9 th December 2019 all new employees will be required to be assessed for their risk of Tuberculosis (TB).
