Position Overview: The Project Director of HRBI is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and management of the organisation's technology infrastructure, systems, and reporting. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, security, and alignment of technology solutions with business goals, particularly in the areas of human resources and business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategic planning and implementation of technology initiatives related to HRBI, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.Oversee the management and optimisation of technology infrastructure, systems, and reporting tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to identify and prioritise technology needs and requirements.Drive continuous improvement and innovation in HRBI processes and systems, leveraging emerging technologies and best practices.Ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of HRBI systems and data, adhering to relevant regulations and industry standards.Provide leadership and guidance to a team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.The successful applicant will have: Proven track record of success in a leadership role overseeing technology infrastructure, systems, and reporting, with a focus on human resources and business intelligence.Strong strategic planning and project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to implementation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards related to HRBI, data privacy, and security.Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field is highly regarded.If this role sounds like you, please APPLY NOW submitting your resume in WORD format.
