Local opportunities in Gladstone, Mackay, Townsville or FIFO from Brisbane Company vehicle and salary packaging options available Projects ranging from $1 - $5million Oversee the management of a multi-disciplined team THE ROLE Overall management of construction, refurbishment & remediation projects from initial setup through to completion Ensure compliance with HSECQ requirements Ensure effective cost control and efficient running of the project Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings Provision of advice on any technical and engineering issues Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program  Involvement with tendering/estimation Raise RFI's and track responses ABOUT YOU Prior experience leading & completing multiple construction, refurbishment and remediation projects Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering or a similar discipline / experience Proven ability to positively influence, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships Ability to self-manage own workload whilst ensuring a project efficiency and a positive team environment Proven problem-solving capability with an approachable leadership style Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines A natural leader who is willing to develop people and achieve delivery targets THE BENEFITS Ongoing rewards & recognition programs Paid parental leave Employee referral programs up to $2000 Weekly pay cycle Salary sacrifice options Employee Assistance Program Novated lease options Discounted health and wellbeing services First Aid and Mental First Aid Support Officers available Please submit your resume today and one of our friendly recruiters will be in touch with next steps.
