Your Next Employer This builder is looking for an experienced and professional Project Manager to oversee a variety of Projects including Commercial, Government, Education, Multi-Residential Apartments and Health Projects. They have a great reputation and are looking for the right person to further mentor their team.
YOUR Role as Project Manager, will have full project autonomy and responsibility across the planning, management, coordination and financial control of projects. This position will suit an experienced Project Manager, who has full project life cycle experience, who can manage the construction programme and develop a strong team culture. This role will see you managing client relationships as an integral aspect of the role.
YOUR Experience you'll be a self-starter with demonstrated experience working within the Construction Industry. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and collaborative nature will help you develop authentic relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ability to multi-task between various projects whilst providing strong, consistent direction to project team colleagues and staff is key.
Proven building knowledge and a thorough understanding of the preconstruction and construction process A solid working history with previous project delivery experience in a similar role (5 years +) managing commercial building projects, ideally a mix of new build and fitout/refurbishment projects Controlling and managing all aspects of the project including all financials with the support of a Contracts Administrator Project progress reporting and conducting meetings with the client Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program Extensive project delivery in a management capacity A strong focus on ensuring safety on site is essential Ability to represent the company through client liaison Must have a completed Construction Management degree (or equivalent experience) YOUR Opportunity interviewing now for a permanent role with a privately owned company.
