Role Overview: As a Project Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our programs in Bourke. Your responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for the project , as well as completing all associated administration work including the registration and completion process for program participants.
We will expect you to maintain a physical filling system, respond to enquiries, collate feedback and community information, ensure materials are available for project participants and support the mentoring of participants during and after the course with their employment and / or study goals.
The Project Support Officer will need to collect and record data, assisting the Digital Hub Coordinator with regular reporting and ensure that the office space maintains a clean and professional appearance at all times . This role requires a deep understanding of the community's needs and the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate outreach efforts to promote program participation within the community.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local Elders and organisations.
- Facilitate registration and enrolment processes for program participants.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to participants throughout their journey.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program goals are met.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities.
- Drivers licence
- Must have a WWCC and undertake a police clearance.
