Logan Hospital, Meadowbrook, Metro South Hospital and Health Service
Human Resources are looking for a Principal Consultant, Human Resources to join their Logan Hospital, Meadowbrook team. This position forms part of the leadership for the Human Resources team servicing the Logan and Beaudesert Health Service (LBHS) and some other services within Metro South Health.

About the Role The role leads a team of practitioners in the provision of contemporary people management coaching and advice to leaders of LBHS, ensuring a solid grounding in relevant legislation and Queensland Health policy. The incumbent will be an escalation point for complex employment relations and industrial relations matters and will help grow the capability of the broader team.
